Wildlife watching tours
This is the tour who want to encounter wild life which living harsh winter environment in Shiretoko. In the morning, we will guides you through forest to one of Shiretoko's main attraction spots, Furepe Waterfall, using snowshoes. When the snow covers the forest, the footprints of animals are remain. It is wonderful experience to trace those footprints and searching for remaining traces of animals. In the afternoon, we will searching for wild Eagles. You will never forget the spectacular moment of seeing such a massive eagle with over a meter body length and two-meter wingspan as it soars overhead.

*If there is not enough snow, we will use Rubber boots instead of using snowshoe in the tour. (*Especially during December and end of March.) In that case, the tour will be the same tour as spring/summer tour and the tour fee is change to 6,600yen(Adult) and 4,600yen(Children).
*It gets difficult to find the eagles in late March as they migrate to the further north. - Schedule

Best of Winter Tour
This is a set of three tours recommended for those who want to fully enjoy the charm of Shiretoko in winter in one day. In the morning, you will experience exciting drift ice walking. Drift ice is indispensable for the wildlife living in Shiretoko. By wearing dry suits, we can enter into this spectacle world where wildlife live hand-in-hand with the ice. In the afternoon, we will searching for wild Eagles. You will never forget the spectacular moment of seeing such a massive eagle with over a meter body length and two-meter wingspan as it soars overhead. In the nigh time, we will guides you to the night forest with using snowshoes. The only lights which leads you to the forest are snow light or star lights. Enjoy the night forest with your five senses while feeling the presence of animals lurking in the forest.

This is the tour who want to casually enjoy the charms of winter in Shiretoko. In the morning, you will experience the drift ice walking activity which is symbolic feature of winter in Shiretoko. With wearing a dry suit, you are protected by cold and you could also float in the water thanks to the function of quality suit. Float between the drift ice, lie down on the ice, enjoy the world of ice! In the afternoon, We will guide you to the primeval forests of Shiretoko and the hidden waterfalls, which freezes in winter. The primeval forest, which has been untouched by humans since ancient times, and the waterfalls that comes out from the cliffs creates a spectacular sight that speaks to the magnificence of Shiretoko.
